Q: How do I clean my tiles?

A: Just gently wipe with a damp cloth. Due to the cork backing we advise not to put them in a dishwasher.

Q: Can I have my own image printed on a tile?

A: Yes you can. Email us the image (high res) and size required and we will contact you directly re price.                                                 

NB: Minimum order for personalised tiles,  4 x 10cmx10cm. 

Q: I'd like to order a set of 20cmx20cm tiles as place settings. Are they heat resistant?

A: Yes they are if used as place settings. However, they should not be put in the oven, microwave or heated on a hot plate etc.

Q: I want to purchase 10 coaster size tiles for my grand-daughters birthday party. Can you send them directly to my daughters address?

A: Yes, absolutely. Make sure you put your daughters address in the "delivery address" box.

Q: Should I accidentally break a tile can I order another - concerned you may remove some collections as I see you regularly add more collections.

A: It's doubtful we'll remove a collection but even if we did the images will be archived. Just send us the ref N°

Q: Can I order tiles without the cork backing? Planning to use them to tile my shower cubicle. Will that alter the price?

A: Yes, just click "without cork backing". The price will remain the same.

Q: Can we use the tiles on the floor?

A: In areas without traffic you could use them on the floor - with lots of traffic, we don't advise it. The raw product is essentially a wall tile not a floor tile.

Q: I'm really delighted with the tiles I received last week. I notice they're not identical - not a problem, just wondering why?

A: The tiles are natural stone and therefore no tile will be identical to the next. They are handcrafted and although the images will match, the surface of the tile will always be slightly different.

Q: What's the latest date I should order to receive for Christmas?

A: To guarantee delivery for Christmas we recommend early to mid November, at the latest.
